The commitment of the International Relations Office at ETSII is to promote interchange of Students and Staff with the leading academic Engineering Institutions all over the world. Internationalization is one of the strategic principles of the ETSII, within a labor market context, where Engineers are professionals susceptible to develop their careers globally.
International experience is considered a valued skill from the part of employers, and the ETSII provides different possibilities to acquire it, with the numerous partners, and a 30 years old interchange expertise. Nowadays close to 50% of ETSII last year students, develop part of their studies out of Spain.

 | Swedish Young Global Center of Excellence in Advanced Steel Summers SchoolFor the fifth year in a row Young Global Center of Excellence in Advanced Steel invite international PhD students to Young Global Centre of Excellence in Advanced Steels. A two week summer school int the middle of Sweden and in a region of world class advanced steels. Until today we have the fortune of having forty researchers attending our summer school. These skilled people together with our steel and steel related enterprises builds a network an strong research alliances for a strong steel industry. This year we are going to attend EUROMAT 2019, https://euromat2019.fems.eu/. Participating students will present their research, meet Swedish and international representatives from the steel industry and also some of our students and professors that participated earlier years.
