The commitment of the International Relations Office at ETSII is to promote interchange of Students and Staff with the leading academic Engineering Institutions all over the world. Internationalization is one of the strategic principles of the ETSII, within a labor market context, where Engineers are professionals susceptible to develop their careers globally.

International experience is considered a valued skill from the part of employers, and the ETSII provides different possibilities to acquire it, with the numerous partners, and a 30 years old interchange expertise. Nowadays close to 50% of ETSII last year students, develop part of their studies out of Spain.

TU Graz Summer School on Food Science and Culinary Arts - from Field to Meal

TU Graz (Institute of Analytical Chemistry and Food Chemistry) is organising a Summer School on “Food Science and Culinary Arts – from Field to Meal” in cooperation with the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, USA, taking place in Graz, Austria, from Sunday, 7 to Friday, 19 July, 2019.

Speakers such as well-known food trend expert Hanni Rützler and Johann Reisinger, one of Austria’s highest decorated chefs, guarantee a high-quality programme. Topics include food analysis, food microbiology, sensory analysis, basic food chemistry and global food trends. Of course, there is also time for producing your own sausages, brewing beer and tasting wine!
